**Job Title: Used Vehicle Technician**

As a Used Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pre-owned vehicles for our customers. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction by performing thorough inspections and repairs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of used vehicles using diagnostic tools and in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership guidelines. - Perform maintenance and repair services on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension. - Identify any mechanical issues or malfunctions and implement effective solutions to address them. - Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to determine the root cause of vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs. - Ensure all repair work is documented accurately, including parts used and labor time, to maintain integrity and transparency. - Provide exceptional customer service by explaining vehicle conditions and repair recommendations to service advisors or customers as needed. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technical advancements, and automotive technologies. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment. **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, specifically with used vehicles. - Certification from a recognized automotive technical program or equivalent practical experience. - Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and automotive repair tools. - Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
